Charlie's Angels
Meet Charlie. He's the namesake of Charlie's Angels Horse Rescue. They are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to rescuing horses then rehabilitating and rehoming them.
I have been lucky enough to be asked to photograph some of their beautiful horses. Before I started working with Charlie's Angels I thought horses were just big, dumb, and fast. I was utterly taken within minutes of being with them, they have as much personality and cheek as any other creature that I have come across. They play games, they worry about one another, they try to eat my camera. Charlie played a game of chicken with me right after I took the previous photo, rushing right up to me and stopping mere inches from me before jumping up and spinning around to go and play with the dog. The look in his eyes was nothing short of cheeky.
